Frequently asked questions

How long do I have to pick up? Orders are held at your chosen store for seven days. We'll charge your method of payment when your order has been picked and placed on hold for you.

Can I extend my pickup time? Yes! You can extend your pickup window by one day by signing into your Jayflymastering.com account or visiting your order details page.

What happens if the store can't fulfill an item? We'll send an email to let you know as soon as possible. You can check if it's in stock at another store near you, with the option to get free shipping for eligible items.
